The NITROTHERM® SPRAY system

Patented by EUROSIDER®, is a revolution in the world of Industrial Painting and Application of Painting Products.

Using the principle of selective permeation

NITROTHERM® SPRAY concentrates the nitrogen contained in compressed air and uses it as a carrier fluid in all stages of application of Painting Products.

Oil and material particles in compressed air are removed through coalescing filters: this flow of purified air reaches the membrane, which, through a bundle of thousands of hollow fibers, separates nitrogen from other gases (oxygen, water vapor, carbon dioxide), which are collected and released back into the atmosphere.

Which are the benefits of using the NITROTHERM® SPRAY system?

The benefits of using nitrogen are reinforced by the fluid’s temperature management and the option of ionizing it with positive or negative charges. Nitrogen is inert and anhydrous, and NITROTHERM® SPRAY, with its controlled carrier fluid, keeps temperature values constant: a variable previously uncontrollable. Application takes place under the same conditions both over the course of the day and in any climatic situation.

NITROTHERM® SPRAY generates significant Painting Product savings (up to 40%) reduction of overspray and re-bounce paint, cleaner work environment, improved finish and reduced application time, reduced flash off time in the booth. Typically, Return on Investment (ROI) is expressed in months.

NITROTHERM® SPRAY is installed between the air compressor and the application point located near the spraying booth.

It does not replace but works with existing equipment in the spraying cycle, such as:

• Manual and automatic guns.
• Underpressure cups and tanks.
• Diaphragm or pneumatic pump systems.
• Electrostatic applications.
• Rotary bells.
