About Us
Since 1973: We design engineered systems, not just machines
Eurosider is an Italian company with over fifty years of experience in the design, engineering, and production of integrated systems for on-site nitrogen generation using high-performance membrane technology. Since its founding in 1973, the company’s approach has been distinguished by a process-oriented engineering logic, rather than just equipment construction. Each system is conceived as a functional subsystem within a broader production process, designed to stabilize critical applications such as painting. This allows for consistent results regardless of operating conditions (operator, humidity, or booth status).
Founded in Tuscany and developed within the competitive context of European industry, we have consolidated advanced expertise in the separation, management, and distribution of on-site technical gases, directly at the user’s site, reducing logistics and ensuring customers direct and dynamic control over critical variables: purity, flow rate, pressure, and gas fluid dynamics.
On-site generation enables real time parameter modulation and introduces systemic benefits to complex industrial processes, ensuring:
- Finished product quality, thanks to the thermo-fluid dynamic stability of the carrier gas.
- Application repeatability in automated and manual painting processes.
- Full compatibility for all application systems with all types of robots and Cartesian axes.
- Use with rotary bell atomizers, automatic guns, manual guns, and electrostatic systems.
- Energy efficiency, optimizing nitrogen consumption in relation to actual application requirements.
- Reduction in liquid and powder paint consumption, thanks to the significant reduction in overspray and better control of the carrier fluid to the fan.
- Significant reduction in overspray with a decrease in paint consumption.
- Reduction of environmental impact through lower emissions, waste, and scrap.
Our systems are based on international patents, thousands of installations in over 20 countries, and know-how developed in collaboration with industries of all sizes.
In sectors with highly critical applications, our generators are designed according to principles of:
- Industrial reliability and durability (certified components, functional redundancies, high MTBF).
- Modularity and flexibility, to adapt to the evolution of production lines.
- Safety and regulatory compliance (PED, CE, ISO, ATEX directives when required).
- Digital integration with industrial automation architectures:
PLC, advanced HMI, fieldbus (Profinet, EtherCAT, Modbus TCP), IoT/IIoT systems for remote diagnostics and data analytics.
Engineering applied to professional painting processes
Eurosider® is recognized as one of the leading international references in the design and production of nitrogen-based systems for industrial painting, both powder and liquid. Our technologies integrate perfectly with automated lines, anthropomorphic robots, or manual applications, guaranteeing:
- Physical stability of the spray fan.
- Improved ionization and electrostatic distribution.
- Repeatability of operating parameters (flow rate, speed, temperature, and relative conditioning of moisture-free nitrogen gas).
- Increased paint transfer efficiency, resulting in a reduction of overspray and waste.
Treated materials
Our technologies are used for the painting and finishing of:
- Steel, Iron, Light alloys (Aluminum, Zamak, Titanium)
- Engineering plastics (PA, ABS, PC, PPS, PEI)
- Composite materials (FRP, GRP, carbon fiber)
- Leather, hide, and natural materials
- Semi-finished materials
