The principle: from air to nitrogen for stable and controlled application

Unlike traditional systems that use compressed air, Polifluid® employs dry and cooled nitrogen, generated directly from compressed air through a membrane separation process. This results in a carrier gas that is:

  • Free of moisture
  • At controlled temperature (between 8 and 15°C depending on the characteristics of the product used)
  • Constant 365 days a year, regardless of external climate variations.

Nitrogen is used as a carrier for powder transport, ensuring a more homogeneous flow, fewer turbulences, and reduced dispersion. In practice: less powder in the environment, more powder on the part.
