Nitrotherm® Spray is a patented technology developed by Eurosider, designed to optimize the liquid application process. Compatible with existing manual or robotic systems, it provides constant control of temperature and humidity, eliminating critical variables and ensuring exceptional and stable results in any environmental condition.

How Nitrotherm® Works

  • It replaces conventional compressed air with “a ternary gas mixture composed primarily of nitrogen and residual gases such as argon, with controlled composition” ionized and heated, used as a carrier for the spray liquid.
  • Nitrogen, free of moisture and cleaner, atomizes the paint better, while heating makes the liquid fluidity superior, reducing the “orange peel” effect and improving control.
  • Thanks to ionization, higher transfer efficiency, more uniform finishes, and less material waste are achieved.
